About MAD Chief Groomer

MAD About Grooming's MAD Chief Groomer, H.K., has been grooming since 2001 in family-owned business, PAWSWOW Pet Care, in Balestier. With love and care, H.K. strongly believes that with her grooming, the dogs and cats will returned home more loved by their owners. She treats each and every dog and cat as her own babies during grooming.

Due to diversification in business & interests, PAWSWOW Pet Care ceased to operate in Balestier, but H.K. couldn't bear to leave all her babies, so she continued with the grooming of her babies in temporary locations over the last 3 years. At this moment, she's grooming at a shop in Crown Centre.

The interactions with the dogs and cats have been most wonderful. Tame babies simply enjoy their groomings, and look forward to each session (by their owners' testimonials)! Difficult babies gradually gained confidence under the care and grooming by H.K., and also became tame babies. H.K. has the ability to give confidence to the difficult babies during grooming, and these babies learnt that grooming IS a HAPPY experience!

Finally, H.K. saw a little shop in Rocca Balestier, which will be her own place, to provide a permanent location to groom her little ones.
